Dear Mr. Marshall,
This is just a note to thank you for how you made the purchase of my 2009 VW Jetta TDI so easy. I appreciate the time you took to explain the new functions on this model that I did not have on my 2006 VW.
I was called to answer questions on a survey concerning the service you and Valley Motors rendered in my purchase of the vehicle. I rated every question a 10. I would have given a higher numeric number, but the rating only went up to 10. I want to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas.

I would just like to inform you of the wonderful service I received one month ago when I purchased my new CC from Mr. Phil Marshall. Phil was very pleasant, (never pushy)m always attentive to my needs and questions and very quick to call me back. I have always had some apprehension about auto dealerships and Phil truly made it an enjoyable experience. You should be proud of his "excellent” attitude and customer service. I am regretful that I missed the phone call from your survey department, but I will clearly recommended Phil and your dealership to a friend or co-worker.

Letter to Subaru Regarding Valley Motors Employees
I've just purchased my third vehicle at Valley Motors Subaru, located in Cockeysville, Maryland, and I want to identify two persons who have done outstanding work with me, in every process.
1. Mr. Phil Marshall, Leasing and Sales Consultant was the individual with whom I consulted for my most recent purchase. He was always available to me, answering all of my inquiries, never tried to ‘force’ any purchase on me. When my vehicle was delivered, he went over every bit of information needed to make certain that I was comfortable with all the details before I drove it off the lot. Without pressure of any kind, he was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman.
2. A second person I want to commend at Valley Motors Subaru is Mr. Bud Swison (Service Department) with whom I have worked for the service needs of all three of my Subarus. He sees to it that every need that I have is well taken care of and does so in a gracious and effective manner. His attitude is that it's a real pleasure to take care of customers in thorough, prompt, efficient, and kindly way.
Both of these gentlemen are real value to Valley Motors, may their tribe increase.
